Do I have to pay anything?
No, our services are free for buyers. We work directly with builders and developers so there is no cost for you!
Are you a licensed real estate agency?
No, we’re not licensed agents. We focus on marketing and client connection. Once you express interest, we connect you directly with the developer or builder. Read our disclaimer here.
Can I speak to someone directly?

How do you help me find the right property?

If you don't see a listing you like on our website, contact us, and we'll be with you shortly to provide more options.
Can you refer me to a mortgage broker or lender?
Although this service is not available yet, we're working to connect you with trusted lending specialists and home loan advisors to help you explore your finance options. While we don’t provide financial advice ourselves, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
Can I visit a property?
Absolutely. Once you’ve expressed interest in a listing, we’ll connect you with a sales representative to arrange a site visit, display suite walkthrough, or virtual tour — depending on the stage of the development.
Do you only list new builds and off-the-plan properties?
Yes, our focus is on new, move-in-ready or off-the-plan residential and commercial properties. These properties come directly from reputable developers and builders, ensuring quality, compliance, and a smoother path to settlement.
